This is just gorgeous. I love the blush on D's face that moves to his chest and how he's gripping at the blankets while his claws are extending. The almost tortured look on D's face, because someone is being sweet and gentle with him, is endearing in a way I can't put to words. Oh, and Alucard's hand on his stomach, reassuring and maybe to hold him down in case D tries to escape, is precious.
