Mod Features:
Added hints to dialogue that gives points and highlighted the dialogue that gives the best outcome green
Scene gallery added to the main menu allowing to replay scenes
Added Unlock all button to the Image gallery
Added option to change character points/scores in character info screen

Installation:
PC: Drag and drop the folder "game" from the mod into your My Pleasure folder then overwrite if prompted
MAC: Unzip the mod -> Right click My Pleasure -> Click "Show Package Contents" -> Open the "Contents/Resources/autorun" folder -> Hold the Option key and drag the folder named "game" from the mod into the "autorun" folder -> Click merge

Is there an order to adding patch and mod?

It's a false positive, .rpy files sometimes get flagged as viruses. You can run them through https://www.virustotal.com/gui/home/upload if you want to check them
