It didn’t for me on the Patreon version but did, sort of, on the Steam version but not well.

Disclaimer: I haven't tried it, but does the current mod work with 0.6.2 that was recently released? I don't think there were any new scenes, but apparently a lot of code was 'cleaned up'.

Hey, Scrappy. Latest version is 0.5.1 that includes a new addition to the Dataleaks portion of the gallery called 'Ladies Only'. When installed, Mod 0.5a removes this from the game. I tried looking at the code to figure out how to fix it, but I am woefully un-ren'py proficient. Thanks for all you do!
