Each rune tablet can be each rarity (the possible rarities are shown just under the name.) When you find a rune tablet, it has a particular rarity, determined by the DM, which also sets its save DC.

Where does it state the rarity of the rune tablets? I've checked the description page where it details what they do, but I can't find the rarity to let me assign the DCs.

Typos all around -- good catch! The spell was originally higher damage and 2nd level, which is why the Higher Levels text was weird.

Lashing Tendrils has a casting time of "instantaneous". Is that intentional? From what the spell actually does I gather it is meant to be "1 action". Also the same spell has a "at higher levels" wording that suggest it being a 2nd level spell by default, but it is listed as being 1st level.

Hey just want some clarification on some of the abilities of the Tsochar. What happens when a players Con score hits 0, do they die?

It is absolutely a reference to the Music of Erich Zann! I've messed with the narrative here a little bit (no longer repelling elder things with music, as it was in the HP L. story), but I kept the core horrific elements of that story intact here. I believe the name of this subclass on the blog is even 'Fiddler of the Mad God,' and the features reference stringed instruments -- Zann was very much in mind.

Also, it looks like for the Pseudoelementals, the Pain and Madness Elementals both say, under their Multiattack description, that they make two Savage Assaults, when neither have the Savage Assault option.

So, I have a question for the Barbarian Path. Blasphemous Fury states that if the feature reduces you to 0 Hit Points, you fall unconscious when the rage ends, regardless of temporary hit points. If the character were to regain hit points that puts them above 0, do they still fall unconscious when the rage ends?

I'm surprised you didn't have the bardic college be a reference to The Music of Erich Zann - driving back monsters and horrors from our world, banishing and warding and such. I like what I've looked through, though!

I've only done a quick skim of the new Handbook, but from what I see I really like it! This will add some great flavor to games that are rife with cosmic horror. I can easily see some of the archetypes and backgrounds being excellent for PC and NPC alike. Thank you!
