Over the past several months, you've had the opportunity to explore and develop your skills in areas like amnesia, depth of trance, self-programming, obedience, responsiveness, and agency. One thing that all of these areas have in common is that if you make an ally of your unconscious mind then your experiences will be even more effective - and in HYPNOvember you're going to let your unconscious mind take center stage. The entire spotlight, if you will.
For each day in November, set aside some time in which to drop into trance with the specific intention of letting your conscious mind take a step back while your unconscious mind responds to a daily prompt. The way your mind chooses to respond is up to you! Whatever happens, share it in the comments of the appropriate post here on Patreon, and if you want to, in the "#trance-experience-share" channel of my Discord server.
For DAY 5 - Set aside 15 minutes (this amount of time will get larger as the month progresses.)

Good for everyone to be able to vote if possible. I moved since elections in the past and never noticed much of a line each time I went. Definitely a different story yesterday waiting behind what felt like at least 100 people outside waiting to vote. Would have been an interesting time to drop into a trance while waiting in line. Deep in thought or lack of thought. Eager to step forward.

Today I didn't start by thinking of anything consciously at all. I just let my unconscious mind do all the work. Eagerness is something I rarely access consciously first anyway. I almost always am eager before I think or feel like I am eager. Still awareness of eagerness is very consciousness-engaging for me. These 15 minutes were more of a silence, with light trance, than anything else. But when they were up, I found myself eager to write about this experience despite feeling like the overall recounting is less detailed and more opaque than days this month. And I find myself eager to do a few things I already planned to do this week, things I knew I would be happy about, but did not feel eager about before today :)
