I took 30 minutes with the prompt "Elevate!" The whole time I focused on so many different representations of that concept. I thought about specific things I could elevate about myself and my behaviors. I thought about scenes from fiction that made me feel I could elevate myself. I thought of contexts where elevating myself was most important. When I came out of trance, I knew today would be an important test of that. Between then and now I have been involved in three very meaningful, important conversations. One social, two business where my creativity and ability to drive ideas forward were especially sharp. In my latest meeting, it even allowed me to take a leadership role despite being a more junior member of the team.
