Beware when they are bearing gifts, maybe? Stereotypes abound, but there's definitely a big divide between Athens and say... Crete (or most of the islands, really), or indeed the wealthy parts of Athens and the... Not-so-wealthy parts... Look forward to seeing where you go with it!

I’m really happy you are trying to push me out of my comfort zone. And I look forward to the challenge!

The Real (Indian) You is definitely coming one day. No doubt about it. Or maybe it’ll be more like The Real (Desi) You! The Real (Hindu) You? We shall see.

Looks like Greek has won! It’s definitely going to be an interesting one, especially as I don’t know an awful lot about Greeks…

Cala

Would love to see an Indian entry eventually!

Oh, and fair enough about the poll! I just felt that this is a bit of an untouched area, for stories like this, I guess, lol! But happy to wait for a future exploration. :)

I mean yeah, that could be interesting! Or just someone who hasn't been to Polynesia before, and gets, umm, "sucked in" to that culture is an option, I suppose... Moana is definitely an example, yep. But "Pacific" covers pretty much everything from the Maori in NZ through the very Methodist Tonga and Samoa and on to Moana in Hawaii, so I just think it's an interesting idea to explore! Worth noting also that Melanesia (Fiji, Solomon Islands, PNG, etc.) is very different, both culturally and ethnically, but also very interesting... Just not an area I've seen explored very much, in this, uhh, "niche", I guess!

Just because the vote is so close, I won't add it to this poll. But I'll keep this ethnic group in mind for another story. Would a historical one be better for this one? A bit like Moana in terms of civilization?

I would personally love to see a Pasifika (Pacific Islander/Polynesian) transformation at some point, if that were to be an option! It's not something you see all that often (and in fact, I don't think I've ever seen an M2F...), but it's definitely an interesting idea, I feel!
