If you return to the ruins on another night, there is no way to leave the area again, and if you enter the ruins its black screen.com all the way.

somehow I believe the patch makes the save game go away.. I had a save game as well, but after installing the new patch my saves were gone, happened with last patch as well.

Ah bummer, no I think I just deleted it when I was cleaning my PC. Oh well. Looks like I'm replaying lol. Unless someone has a save they can throw me.

That's not possible unfortunately, the saves should never disappear though. If you still have the save file it might just not be showing up properly?
