Absolutely love that you guys touched on the music, they add more instruments to the intro each episode to show Cassian’s rise which is an awesome detail imo

The big guy with Syril was the commissioner in The Batman that Riddler had eaten by rats.

The music in this show is so incredible. I get emotional every time I listen to the end song.

I am beyond ready to see their reaction to that monologue Chris Moranec! Bc it is EVERYTHING!

Skarsgard has a monologue is this show.. that’s top tier Skarsgard. And it’s EVERYTHING.

Andor was such a wildly emotionally fulfilling wild ride of a show. Especially for Star Wars!

What’s absolutely mind blowing is that at this weekend’s Celebration, Tony Gilroy (show runner) and Diego Luna (Andor) revealed that the sequence in the warehouse with the falling metal parts was entirely practical, not CGi cheats. It looked completely wicked, impeccably shot like the rest of this show. I think you’ll find that the as good as the music is in the background, the music and sound in show, as perceived by the characters (Digetic sound) is a unique feature that is well done and a wonderful evolution to how Star Wars is made. Lastly, I understand the sympathy for Syril, the corpo officer, but let’s keep track of what he’s done: opened fire, unprovoked at unarmed aliens in the workshop he was searching; excessive and coercive force against Marva and the droid; disobeyed his superior’s orders, and oh he is trying to arrest Andor for two murders without investigating fully. One officer that Cassian killed was unintended and self-defense, so it couldn’t have been murder; the other one was probably some version of manslaughter at best. Even Sybil’s boss immediately deduced the truth immediately; had Syril truly talked to the lady who ran the bar, he should have known the two “victims” were dirty. Sorry, I see a lot of reactions that paint Syril as some sort of supercop that just had bad luck, but…he kinda sucks.

You two are cruising through Andor. This Star Wars fandom thing is getting pretty serious. 😁
