Just so you guys know the Padawan Caleb is actually Ezra's father’s brother’s nephew’s cousin’s former roommate.

The padawan Caleb is Kanan from Rebels. Caleb Dume is Kanan Jarrus. It’s mentioned in rebels his master was Depa Billaba, just little tie in throughout the series.

You guys have actually already seen young Caleb. In Tales of the Jedi, when Ahsoka was fighting the training droids and the Jedi were sitting watching Caleb and Depa Billaba were also in the room watching her as well. There were even a few close up shots up him getting hyped watching Ahsoka. We also see them leaving the training room while Anakin speaks with Ahsoka right after!

Temuera Morrison is from New Zealand so they chose an actress from New Zealand to voice her. This kind of attention to detail is something I can really appreciate. The animation looks gorgeous some backgrounds look like a painting and that's throughout the entire show. Soon Kevin Kiner ( especially in season 2 ) will begin flexing his skills so hard it made me watch scenes several times because I could not concentrate due to the music being outstanding.

Caleb the Padawan you see at the beginning of the episode is actually a young Kanan from Rebels and his master Depa Billaba was Mace Windu’s Padawan.

I first felt like omega was OK during the first half of this season, then she slowly grew on me. And i didn’t realize until a few episodes in to S2, to me omega is adorable and precious and must be protected at all costs❤

Padawan is a fun little cameo. It was mentioned in season 4 of rebels that Caleb Dume was Kanan Jarrus original name before he changed it to hide from the empire. In season 1, the grand inquisitor taunts Kanan while interrogating him. Mocking his cowardice and how he left his master to die. Asking him what her last words were. Kanan reply’s “run” the first couple of mins of this episode are essentially a origin story for Caleb/Kanan. Don’t worry guys if u missed it. 😂 it’s not a massive issue. Honestly u can only really tell that it is him. On 4 key details. - lightsaber same as in rebels - masters name which is blink and u miss it. - cadence of voice, Freddie Prince jr is doing a young version of his voice. Which is abit rough in some places. Lol 😂 - and on off chance that u remember the original name of character that u have spent an entire show calling Kanan, lol
