Casual watch TV Show Poll
🕑 Added 2024-11-21 15:23:53 +0000 UTCJen and I are doing Arcane exclusively for you, but since we finished Penguin, we wanted to do another casual watch. These are shows that Jen and I would likely watch on our own, but if we keep the style similar to Penguin, we could produce it either for the main channel or just for you.
After getting some feedback from Penguin, we're a little more hesitant to release those to the general public and might keep those just for all of you. They're intended to be "extra" content that we otherwise wouldn't have produced.
In the case of The Penguin, they're owned by WB who are aware of us and have been claiming almost everything we do, so the episode length was intentional. I didn't expect it to be such an issue since Squid Game was edited about the same time-per-episode. The complaints from Squid Game were mostly from us watching dubbed vs subbed and not run time. We're feeling a little damned-if-you-do, damned-if-you-dont with the casual show format, so we might end up scrapping it depending on how the release of your votes go.
Regardless, all of you Patrons have been consistently supportive and understanding, so we take your input with a little more weight than the general subscribers, especially since you're paying. If you want longer reactions-per-episode, we can do that and just make it Patreon exclusives. Just let us know in the comments.

Punisher would be better as as a casual watch or mashed up like daredevil. The marvel Netflix shows are great but they also have quite a lot of filler Fallout would be fantastic for a normal react since it’s also much shorter

That was a 6 episode mini-series, which came out on May 4th this year. The episodes are all around 15 minutes long. And if you want to do Star Wars-reactions in general again, there is also The Acolyte. This one got cancelled after 8 episodes. (Therefore, also a short tv show like Penguin.) And Skeleton Crew comes out on december 3. (This series will be probably relevant for the Dave Filoni-movie. It‘s supposed to be like Goonies in space.)

Punisher but not casual watch. It’s worth doing it full to me. Also disappointed agents of shield is not in the poll and supernatural was included. Didn’t think supernatural was requested as much as shield was last time.

I'm glad it's winning. I feel bad for Yellow Jackets, that show is a guilty pleasure of mine, but it's not popular enough to win these polls, at least not now.
