It always seems crazy to me how long they will close schools and businesses after a little snow! I was born and raised in CT! In fact, I lived there 49 years until we retired and moved to NC last April! My sister, who has been in NC for 30 years said they hadn't gotten ANY snow in 5+ years... until we moved here! There has been more snow so far this season in NC, than in CT!!! My sister thinks we brought it with us! Our son was not thrilled at all about the snow. He would've been happy never to see it again... since he's the one who has to shovel! LOL! At least, in the south, the snow usually melts quicker since the ground is warmer than up north! Loved to see you guys experience the snow! You made some great family memories! That was way more important than working! It's truly magical when the snow turns everything sparkly white... especially when you get to watch it from the window and don't have to go anywhere!

wow didn't realize you guys were also in Pensacola FL I'm over at Corry station naval base in A school currently and we just went back to class today base was closed all this week tons of snow everybody was making snowmen and snow angels and snowball fights

Glad to hear it's just the cold weather and nothing more serious! Definitely going to check out the snow video. My family's from up north, so is familiar with snow, but when I was very young we were in Florida for a few years, during one of which it ended up snowing like it did recently. I was too young to remember much of it, but my mother has a story about talking to a neighbor who'd never seen snow before, and they were surprised about how it came down as a dusting of flakes. They somehow always thought that it maybe came down all at once, like a big sheet, I guess.

I actually have a friend from Jacksonville that visited us here in Germany a few years back. Her seeing snow for the first time here was just adorable so i cant wait to see that reaction from you guys!

as a 23 year old i often forget all the responsibilities being a parent espescially when the kids are off of school, I commend you guys for keeping that balance and am happy you guys got some good family time and that the kids got some snow! can't wait for these upcoming episodes of arcane!!!
