It’s been one year since Luffy and his crew members were sold to the Celestial Dragons. Although Robin and Nami were also in the hands of the Celestial Dragons, they don’t receive the same level of body modifications and torture as Luffy. However, if Luffy do not comply to their orders, they would send the girls to Caesar Clown for further modifications.
Today, Luffy is taken by the Celestial Dragons for a walk. This is intended to humiliate Luffy and shows the supremacy of the Celestial Dragons.
During the walk, Luffy would be fixed to a mechanical cart that requires him to use his anus to grasp the bumpy shaft of the cart and push and pull it up and down in order to propel the cart. Since Luffy’s anal muscles are almost totally destroyed by the Celestial Dragons, it is very difficult for Luffy to tighten his anus and move the shaft up and down. As a result, the up/down movement of Luffy’s hip often end up stimulating his anus and discharge more bodily fluid from his sensitive body instead of moving the cart forward; making it even more difficult for Luffy to follow the order.
To signal Luffy to start moving his hip, the Celestial Dragons would pull Luffy’s pierced testes. Since Luffy often has difficulty propelling the cart with his broken anus, the pulling often gets very violent. It’s only a matter of time before Luffy’s testes are ripped off by the Celestial Dragons. Since Luffy’s body has been modified and extremely sensitive, the sensation of the bumpy pole rubbing against the inside wall of his anus and the abuse of his testes are beyond anyone’s imagination.
