Speaking of my favorite town in The Witcher 3, I would say it's Novigrad. It has almost everything that one's soul desires: shores with ships, stunning architecture, grand bridges, and magical night scenes, especially from the high ground of the city. On the other hand, Velen changed its colors for me after I finished the quest for the Bloody Baron. I took the bad ending, and now this place feels very depressing. But it was very nice when I first visited it, when I started to play the game

My favorite town gotta be Velan. The bloody baron was so good. I love Novigrad too. My close second favorite behind Skellig. The background music is Skellig is top totch. 🙂
