Yeah, I realized I could just use the color layer as base layer by just clicking the button next to layer to prevent painting outside of whats already there. Like how people do when coloring their outlines for example they use that.

Thanks for the files! Quick question, 'September Snake Vore' that you did recently has a gray base layer; since then, have you stopped using a base layer, and instead just paint the characters? The very last 'Early Bird' comic you did in July doesn't have a base layer. Looks like you just painted the characters, skipping the use of a base.

Cool. I found link to them here. I do change how I do things over time so I no longer use a "base" layer for each folder for example. Copy and paste link below cause can't click for some reason.

I totally understand. No worries. 'Early Bird' comic pages 1 thru 6 don't have the .kra files on Patreon. Would you mind sharing them? I'm learning to draw using a pen tablet. Mostly how to use layers and I love poking around the .psd and .kra files of your art pieces. I learned about alpha and base layers by exploring your artwork.
