One quick tip about aiming in this game. 'Center' is whatever position your Wiimote is at time of pulling out a motion aiming based item. So if you are holding the remote in a comfortable position you don't need to snap to pointing at the center of the screen. This is mainly to clear up confusion about the reticle being 'off' if you point to center like pre-motion plus games.
