One tip for the Gleeok is to get at better understanding of what fusing different items onto arrows does. Even with just five arrows, if you fuse them with the correct item you would most likely have been able to take down the Frost Gleeok. With the correct critical hits with arrows you will bring it down to the ground to make some decent damage.
