native English speakers don't put the word all in front of The Mod. It just hits the ear wrong. It would be much more authentic to say say "the mob'. If you REALLY need to drive home the point that she's referring to every single person in the mob you should say "no one in the mob would dare take a look in your direction" or "No mobster would dare look in your direction". The word mobster is used to refer to a singular individual in the mob.

It should either be "digging up manure" or "shoveling manure" unless the manure is an obstacle between him and a place he's trying to travel to than it doesn't make sense for him to be shoveling "through" manure.
