I messed up some settings on my monitor a while ago and after watching the render again it looked kinda dark.. Is it?
(heh it's supposed to be dark but not to the point where you can't see shit anymore lol)

You mean tips to improve in animation? Just keep trying, look at what you've done and keep track of everything that's wrong with it, fix/improve it, then take another look and repeat the whole process until you feel happy about it. Also don't think about the quality too much, just make sure you're having fun otherwise it's just going to be a painful experience. Experience will eventually come so don't rush it! But always keep in mind that animation requires a LOT of time, patience and effort (unless you care more about quantity over quality) so this might not be something for everyone. I talk with other artists sometimes and we all share gigantic amounts of stress, some more than others lol so as I said before always make sure to have fun!
