Can everyone please just respect my own opinion? I pointed out that it was an unpopular opinion because I know not everyone agrees. I just miss the old Garmadon. (And I don't understand the logic of starting with s8 either, that's just what the writers had in mind. Trying to mix the show with the movie with for newcomers) I'm not saying I don't like Lloyd having to deal with his father not being who he remembers! Love that plot point. I just simply miss the old Garmadon...

This is my favorite episode of the season, now only did this episode hit you with the emotions. They also hit you with the dread, the beginning was so happy, and I was smiling the entire time, seeing the ninja singing to the whip and having baby Wu dancing around and seeing Dareth in the back,enjoying themselves, and I have to say that I love we get to see the old pictures from the past to show that these are still the same characters we grew to love and love that he’s helping them with his “hideout” and said that he miss them and I’m glad he’s still here but of course, Lloyd still feels a shame of what happened and grew a little cold, which was sad to see, and it made it worse that his father came back to life, and only the bad part of his father,I have to say that I officially don’t like Harumi she’s a different type of Villian from the past because this one actually hurted Lloyd mentally and we actually get to see the aftermath of that and to hear that he had a true potential is insane and I understand why Lloyd decided to go by himself, but it was definitely not the smartest choice and also just want to say that I just noticed that every time Cole uses his lava arms, his scar comes back, a part of me did wonder what happened to the green scar but I guess it still shows up but instead of green,it’s orange,and you can tell how much the ninja was worried about Lloyd so much and especially Kai’s reaction, I said this before I’ll say it again that I always love those twos chemistry and they always feel like a older/younger brother feel and the voice acting was on point with it and Lloyd getting so angry and destroying the device caught me off guard, this is probably the most emotion/anger I have seen from him and a beat down was brutal, I have to say I do love the action sequences in love, the 3-D background movement they have been doing but my gosh it was hard to watch in the fact that they put it on live television and made everyone watch including his family was brutal and the i have no son was terrible to hear and now everyone is afraid and Lloyd is broken,it’s time for his family to find him and try away to defeat Garmodon💚🐸🦉💚

Unpopular opinion: I was never a fan of how they brought Garmadon back. Him being back like this just ruins his whole build up the first 4/5 seasons. Like, all of that means nothing now because this isn't even the same Garmadon. They practically did it just because new fans from the Ninjago Movie will be curious where he is and want to see him. But they take away all he developed as though his redemption doesn't matter anymore and is no longer him. I loved Sensei Garmadon, so them bringing back Lord Garmadon just makes it seem like they're scrapping his whole arc at the beginning... Never been a fan of how they do this tbh
