And besides, its not like if he watched the sinnoh movies first and it will ruin his experience if he start dp one day. They are canon but it doesnt really affect much other than having dawn or ash's different pokes

Itās the fact that people watch a dub which of course change the script, especially PokĆ©mon that the English dub like to make it āāless violenceāā and even replace the music for some reason And itās even not the fact that sometimes they do changes luckily itās not 4KIDS anymore so itās fine but itās the fact that it is NOT THE ORIGINAL SCRIPT, I just donāt understand why people donāt want to watch the original script and what exactly originally have been written instead of changes that need to be made cause of censorship or make it synchronized with the character.

If you continue this, it's gonna get frustrating for him with people yelling to watch it in a certain language. It's not hard to understand why it's rare, Pokemon is an anime mainly known and recognised in the dub, like Dragon Ball or Death Note

Bloom I dont think you should watch pokemon movie 10 sense it takes place in pokemon dp witch takes place before xy happens so you would see characters that you might not know exapt Brock
