News desk or Sports news desk?
🕑 Added 2018-08-21 12:36:22 +0000 UTC Ok, so when I told my lovely wife about the premise for this game, she responded with: "Wouldn't it be funner if it was a sports news? That way, she wouln't be behind a desk all the time and would sometimes be in locker rooms surounded by big burly guys. Stuff could happen..."I couldn't fault that logic. ^_^
So here's the question, on one hand, a news desk would have more gravitas and I could still have special events where SHE's out in the word. Or we could go with her suggestion and have HER be surrounded by testosterone filled guys from time to time.

That's pretty much the decision I arrived at. There's no reason that I need to box myself in as news anchor in my world can wear as many hats as I need them to.

Who says you can't have both? An event can be made where the sports reporter is sick and she has to cover it because she's the closest after doing some field reporting. It would be even better because she's out of her element in that situation.
