Build 0.01 of News desk! Public release of Hall monitor 0.07!
🕑 Added 2018-10-05 18:04:48 +0000 UTC Hey everyone!The first build of News desk is up for you guys to peruse. It has the start of the intro, the “tutorial” first battle, the end of the intro and a demo of what it will look when you have more powerful cards and stats to play with. The back end is solid and I haven’t seen any bugs in a while so make sure to tell me if you see one.
I would like to hear any comments (good or bad) that you have about the base gameplay as it will be much easier to make changes at the start of the project than later on. Big or small, I welcome your comments and will think on your input.
Sadly, you guys will have to put up with my amateurish placement art skill for this one as my lovely wife didn’t managed to finish the UI art. It should be there for V0.02, though.
I also enclosed a tutorial txt file so that you guys will not be lost as there are no actual tutorial in the game yet. I think it’s a pretty easy read but if you have problems, just PM me and I’ll help you.

- 10 cards introduced for HER.
- 40 cards for YOU.
- The battle system in general.
Next week, I’ll start working on the town part of the game. That’s where you’ll be able to have events to get new cards, remove cards from your deck, upgrade cards, gain resources, gain allies, and (of course) get to have sexy events with Cassandra and/or her daughter Tiffany.

I think I get what you mean. The trap aspect will come in later. (when I can get to it) This fighting system is the daily struggle. And she feels absent because during that fight, you're basically fighting her army. Hehe.

I'm not sure this is a great mechanic, because it doesn't make me feel like she's around. I think it'd feel more interesting if it was more about choosing whether to interfere with each other's plans, laying traps, etc. I think that could be done with a card game, but I think it'd need a very different format.
