Build 0.04 of News desk

The first build of the new year. Time flies so fast these days. This one came together pretty well, especially considering that it was the holiday season and I had a bunch of places that I had to be. This build is more technical than story driven but I managed to get some sexiness in some town events for you guys.
On the art side, still no new CGs. I had a conversation with my lovely wife to see if I should look elsewhere for art since she’s so busy these days. She assured me that she still wanted to help and would make some time for us. We’ll see how that goes next month. The poor dear is going to try hard for me. ^_^

The deets:
- Added the gym training button to up your maximum energy.
- Added the upgrading button to the business district. With this you can up the effectiveness of your cards while lowering it’s cost.
- Added the removing button to the ghetto. With this you can remove cards from your deck.
- Fixed some bugs new and old.
- Added min/max for cards (min number of cards: 10) (Max number of cards: 40)
- seperate the events. Now the locations have their unique events. Some events are shared by one or two locations and some are communal events that can be accessed anywhere.
- added 7 new events.
The next thing I’ll work on will be to write some more Cassandra stuff. It’s time to degrade our rival even further!

Jumping Jenny
Jennifer groaned and banged her head on the console for the thousandth time. She knew that it was going to happen eventually, since she always took dangerous and out of the way routes, but she always banked that it would remain in the future.
Sadly, the future was now the present and the space truckin woman known as Jumping Jenny, because she always delivered her cargo ahead of schedule, was now stranded in the middle of nowhere because of some comet that had snuck up on her and had slammed right into her propulsor batteries.
The raven-haired woman straightened up and thought about her options. Getting up from her seat, the ship captain stripped to her underwear, dropped down and started doing some sit ups since she always thought better when exercising.
She was glad that she always kept her hair short as it kept it out of her eyes when she piloted and trained. The fit woman was less glad about her almost nonexistent tits. With a grimace, she knew that calling herself an A cup would be generous. At least, the rest of her body was definitely feminine. From her thin waist to her great ass.
Pumping her prime body up and down, Jennifer had to make a decision.
She could activate her SOS beacon but anyone who would respond to it out here would probably be a space pirate or worst.
There was a planet in her limited range but it was, as far as she knew, wild and inhabited.
The third option would be to cannibalize her cargo to patch up her ship but that would mean going into deep debt when she made it back.
‘What to do. What to do,’ she wondered as she worked up a sweat.

Yeah, like I mentioned, it will have to do with her work. Right now, she's stressing about not working on my stuff. If we find out that it's just not going to happen in the near future, I would prefer to remove that stress from her shoulders. I'm glad you had fun with Soldier's life. ^_^ I never let anything keep me down. Hehe. I'll do my best to make News desk worthwhile.

I don't see any problem with it being text based for a while until your wife can find some free time to draw. Oh I used to be pledged to you ages ago, you made a game where you dominate and humiliate a female captain. I liked it :-) Not sure about this yet but I'll keep an eye on it. Keep up your efforts and don't let things get you down.

Lol. Thanks. She basically asked for this month to prove herself. If work keeps crushing her, I'll look at my options out there. I won't let you guys go without art for much longer.

Having your wife collaborate is awesome, but having an artist you can't easily replace is certainly awkward. As a patron I'm bummed but as a married guy I understand your situation :)
