Which UI Screen Looks better to you?

Below, are a few design options for the SAME screen.
I'm looking for suggestions in terms of LAYOUT, mostly. Clarity of the over-all design or "flow".
Although I am open to all suggestions.

Option three, has too many things cluttered in the center. Also, the lettering being white will also be counterproductive because of the lighter background color. There needs to be a contrast for the lettering color and the background color.
