Leonard is a middle-aged man with a distinguished aura and cool gray hair. He has spent most of his life buried in academia, choosing a relatively unpopular research field—which has led to frequent financial hardships. But the real burden he carries isn't money... it's something much deeper. Can you uncover the truth behind his suffering and help him heal?
Leonard was one of the earliest characters designed for this game. From the start, he was created as a married man—a “super pushover husband” who’s been emotionally manipulated for years. His wife, practically villainous in nature, gaslighted both Leonard and their daughter, driving a wedge between them. Busy with work, Leonard only realized this far too late. Combined with low funding in his research field, dwindling grad students, and the constant scolding at home, Leonard’s self-esteem plummeted before he was ultimately captured and brought to the dungeon. And things only got worse once he arrived… 💔
Despite his gloom and physical ineptitude, Leonard is a surprisingly valuable member of the survivor group. 📜 He’s well-read, knowledgeable in archaeology and ancient languages, and acts as a key figure in both deciphering the dungeon and facilitating communication with certain other survivors. 🗣️ His age also gives him a respected, almost paternal role among the others, because he’s not particularly aggressive or harsh either. But even if he escapes, he’ll be returning to a reality that’s almost as cruel as this dungeon. Helping Leonard open his heart again will be the emotional core of his romance route. 💕
Leonard has had gray hair since childhood—not due to aging, but as a natural hair color. He may have been insecure about it as a kid, but nowadays he’s completely at peace with it. 🩶
When going to work, he prefers comfortable, practical clothes—the kind that keep him warm and don’t get in the way. 🧥 He looks like your average professor... but hides an impressive physique under all those layers.
His muscular build may be surprising for a scholar, but it’s no accident. Leonard worked hard to maintain himself in a desperate attempt to win back his wife’s affection. As I mentioned in my previous comment, the three flags listed there are the main triggers for Leonard’s corruption route. If you don’t trigger those all, his romance route will progress naturally instead. That said, you’re right—his family-related dialogue is closely tied to the romance path. However, as long as you clearly meet the three main conditions, you’ll be able to enter his corruption route.

For example: - The first time I glimpse his past, it always involves his family (which seems to push toward the romance route?). - Do I need to avoid certain topics to stay on track for corruption?"

To unlock Leonard's corruption route, follow these steps: Choose the negative response during your first conversation with Leonard. He’ll react poorly, and you’ll unlock a CG as a result. On the first night, when prompted to talk, choose to discuss his physical condition instead of his family. He’ll confess that after what the monsters did to him, he feels like a hopeless pervert. Continue progressing through the story. When Leonard goes into the dungeon alone to find food, follow him. On purpose, trip over rocks multiple times or walk around a lot to increase your movement count before finding him. You’ll discover him in a different state than usual—this is the turning point. Once you’ve seen this version of Leonard, the corruption route is unlocked. If you’re unsure whether you’re on the right track, be sure to use the management note. Each of the above steps will be added to the note in red text when completed. The more red notes you see, the closer you are to fully entering the corruption route.

Can someone please explain in detail how to unlock Leonard's corruption route? I easily got his romance route, but the corruption path seems impossible! Full walkthrough needed!!
