Happy New Year + Next map WIP

Hope y'all had a nice holiday break with family, or avoiding family and ready to go into 2024: Electric WTFaloo. How many of you have made resolutions you know you're definitely going to forget by feb 1st? Ha!
I don't make resolutions myself since it just feels doubly bad when I don't manage to keep them, that being said, despite my cynical self, going into a new year does feel refreshing even if just for a little while before the weight of the world crushes down on us again lol
So in keeping with my utter refusal to make holiday themed maps, my current map is a creepy themed one that was loosely inspired by Junji Ito and Berserk, purely visual as this map will feature lots of scary faces on the walls and why I've decided to take on drawing a billion faces is beyond me, hopefully I can pull it off.
I've uploaded the current pen sketch and early digital steps, hoping it'll be good for one of the spooky outer planes. I'll be more conscious of interesting environmental hazard for this one, should be interesting to brainstorm considering the theme.
Here's to a chaotic year, probably.
