Well, it's simple enough because I don't see any spark between them, Q doesn't have any love interest for N and N for Q, the only nsfw (which by the way is probably soon going to happen with them) is only where Q forces N to do it/not willingly do it. I'm not really interested in drawing how N gets raped lol.
