Slowly recovering from frozen shoulder >_< I was told by the therapist that I should keep strengthening my shoulders. Need to work on them as well at the gym. Heh I dont lift weights cuz I’m scared i’ll get too muscular. I thought I get enough upper body workout from pole and hoops already. 😩 Anyway, it’s already 3am here. I need to rest, I got another shoot tomorrow. We’re back to the grind cuz I feel bad for being stuck in bed for weeks this month 🤪 Hopefully I dont get sick again 😂
