What happened:
Abilities are unfinished but usable. Please consider them in their current state as merely a plan of what I want to do with them. They will be accessible in Downturn next patch. The next version will have a debug respec button and a cancel and confirm buttons.
Each of the anniversary chapters has an “art” piece with it. Please enjoy.

I started working on Unyielding on New Years Eve and released the first version on the 14th two years ago. The game has changed so much, and we aren’t done yet. Thanks for being here for and supporting the development!
What’s next? This roadmap is very rough. No plan survives first contact with the enemy. These are goals, in the order I think works best, not a promise.

Downturn took about 6 months to do, so we are looking at about another 18 months. That seems like such a long time, but also seems so short when I think about all the work I want to get done!
I’ve debated a lot about a steam release of Unyielding. I need to try to recoup some of the money I’ve spent on the game (and fund another?!), so that seems like the best way forward. The idea is the steam version will be cheap ($2-$5), but won’t have the explicit content. The explicit content will be another $5 as DLC. It will also only get a monthly update barring any showstopper bugs. Patreon will remain unchanged, but all patrons would get a steam key.
Unyielding has seen amazing growth in the past year. I’m really happy in the direction it’s gone. From rough tech demo to starting to look like a real product. My motivation is at an all time high, and I can’t wait to keep going with this. Any success I’ve managed to achieve is largely possible due to 5-ish and TwigglyBits, who have greatly increased the quality of the product.
With that said, thank you so much for being here. Every comment and bug report makes the game better.

What features do you think the game is missing?
I would definitely wait a long time on doing any kind of official release for this game early access or otherwise. You would get massive amount of negative reviews and refunds for missing way to many things that someone over there would except a game like this to have.

I think I explained myself poorly. I would not be removing the explicit text. That is very ingrained into the writing and would be a huge undertaking. I would be removing the pictures that go with the text.

Congrats on the 2 years amigo! It's cool seeing it get better every update! You're really making this thing shine compared to initial release. I'm not sure if Steam is totally the right way to go, not to be an early doomsayer, but I think a big part of the entertainment in this game is the balance between adventure and lewd acts. To put it bluntly, the adventure wouldn't be half as fun if Cat didn't have the option to become a thick-huge big knocker cow one good plouging away from being a mom, and since sex and lust ties in with her transformations, stripping that aspect of it away feels like it's stripping half the game away. That's my hot take anyway. I'll conclude with these more optimistic words of wisdom: Liz best girl, Lena is pretty swell too
