Mega. The place that throttles you to 1MB/sec and stops downloads over 700MB often unless the user pays them to host it

If you know someone who's savvy with Docker you could setup your own sharable cloud storage with Nextcloud. Its self-hostable on your own internet, but depending on how many people you expect to access content on it, and for security reasons you may want to use an actual web host.

What about MEGA? I've seen a few NSFW artists using that for paid media distribution with little to no issues as far as flagging.
