Hopefully court doesn't need to happen. But then again I hate to see your stuff getting stolen like that! :( Well I mean, your email address might be one thing, but if you have to share your personal address, that gets hairy real quick. But that is definitely "private" info - legally. In fact, just your real name is considered PII, or a combination of indirect info (such as a combination of gender, race, location, birth date, etc., that can be used to identify an individual). PII falls under a whoooole legal category. None of that is "public" unless you yourself put it in a public place. So absolutely something can be done about it if they do that! And I know I didn't "need" to. But I DEFINITELY feel you deserve it!! (Hence I went a bit above the tier minimum~) I freaking LOVE your art, and you really seem super cool!!! :3

Thank you; you didn't need to do that, though... ^^;; And yeah; if court happens... eh... I'm just going to hope it doesn't go that far... But yeah; it looks like that's just how dmcas work :/ And... honestly I don't technically think it's "private" info; so not sure anything could be done about that. I believe it would be considered public info; it's just... where and to whom that info is posted to is the issue.

That does sound odd/sucky, if you'd have to provide personal information to the offending party... ugh. Sorry to hear that didn't go so well. :\ If they're posting private info publicly they should be taken to court... Seriously, f*k people like that... x.x Lol no worries, honestly am glad you shared all that. I hope this doesn't cause you any further stress, you definitely don't need that!!

Long story short; I filed a dmca, hours later found something about the people (allegedly) doxxing artists who file dmcas with(against?) them. Freaked the hell out. Barely slept. Woke up nearly vomiting from the stress and nightmares from it. Found out right before work that I apparently filed the thing correctly, and I do actually need to send my personal information to the people using my work (which I don't understand... literally telling people stealing your stuff where you live and all that...), and calmed down enough to not have a panic attack at work. Although the possibility of being doxxed does still exist, due to how filing a dmca works. :/ ... I say "long story short", and proceed to type 2 and a half paragraphs... Xp
