Sequence 2 - First Storyboard

We just finished the first version of the story and sketches for the next sequence's narrative and sexual shots, and wanted to share them with you. Of course, every shot, story beat, and dialogue is still in a very rough version and will change for the final version. But with this, you can get a general idea of where everything is going. ποΈ
As you may remember, this second sequence is all about Neil's memory of a fun time he had with his two dense but good friends. The purpose of this sequence is not only to show us a steamy threesome between these two big hunks and smaller Neil. It will also give us more context for where Neil's faulty beliefs come from, the dynamics of the relationship between his friends, and why Tyson and Francis actually reinforce these beliefs to him (turns out Neil himself planted this idea in their minds).
Emi is now preparing a first video animatic with these and other drawings, so we can all get a first glimpse of how it will all look together, while Kahl is working on the first 3D blocking of the main shots. πͺ
We wanna thank you all again for your patience with us. We are aware that the posting and interaction frequency have dropped a bit. The first sequence was creatively and technically tough because of the new workflow. But now that the first sequence has been finished and we have a better idea of the general process, we are more confident to resume our previous rhythm on production and interaction. So stay tuned for a lot of juicy stuff coming!

Absolutely, yes! We couldn't say exactly how much longer, but Dante and Neil's sex is still the most important part of the whole animation. It's even gonna be divided into three sequences.
