Chapter 1 - This one is mostly unchanged but there are some backstory bits I tweaked.
Chapter 2 - Starting off with small changes.
Chapter 20 - At this point the story is moving in a totally new direction.
There is much from the old story I will keep or re-use, editing it to my new needs, but more on that as I get to it. As of now, everyone's fate has been altered in some way.

I read the rest of it and it has been fantastic. It seems like every time you have to make adjustments the story feels more polished. I like that all of the characters have a definitive personality and that all of them are at risk of being gurgled. There were quite a few cliffhangers that were killing me, but in a good way. Just makes me look forward to the next chapter lol
