v.0.8 (and more) Progress report

I have fully defined v.0.8. It's going to have 7-9 scenes (depending on how much it costs me to render them I might move the last two to 0.9, since they are multi-branch scenes).
I have fully written the first three scenes as well. The second one is also a multiple scene (3 scenes in one).
I have fully rendered the first scene and about a quarter of the second one. Right now I have 179 renders. I'm not going to post any previews yet so as not to spoil anything for you.
I've also taken a bunch of unconnected notes I had about the end of the game and sorted them into a tentative epilogue (5,000 words right now). That epilogue will take into account all your previous decisions and will have a few million possible combinations. 268.435.456.
About this epilogue, I have a doubt about which I will make a survey in the future but I can already tell you about it. If the player has disabled pregnancies, would it be correct to talk about children in the future of the MC? I think so, since I take it that the player does not have the pregnancy fetish, and with the type of family the MC is creating, it would not make sense for him not to have offspring. But it could also be that the player doesn't want children. I will make a poll when the time to define the final epilogue is getting closer.

The epilogue also serves as a way for me to control the personalities of the characters, especially with the ones that are going to be added. If I know where they are going to end up, it is easier to develop them in a coherent way. About the timeline: Right now they are in mid-July, with no definite date (as I forgot the 4th of July, the MC has to be back home by July 5th at the earliest, which puts the current date around the 15th). Once all the characters arrive (except the last 6 students) and relationships have developed the time jump will occur. This allows for the arrival of the last students and their integration into the house (not the harem) to occur off-screen, and the development of the pregnant bellies. The game will continue for a few more weeks to know the last girls and develop relationships while continuing existing relationships prior to the jump. Then will come the epilogue which is along the lines of "20 years later". Asking the player if they want to have children is a great idea. There is a part of the epilogue that deals with MC offspring, and I wasn't sure how to deal with it for players who have blocked pregnancies. Thanks!

Makes sense, get it down now and while it will probably change and be completely different by the actual end you have a guideline so you don't forget anything along the way. Curious, what do you expect the in-game timeline to be? And a side suggestion maybe if a player turned off pregnancy have the characters in game ask him if he wants kids?

No, it's not ending. The epilogue is where the VN is headed. When I started writing I had an ending planned, but not written, it was just in my mind. This way I avoid wandering around pointlessly. I've written and structured that ending that was just notes for each girl. I plan for the VN to last 2-3 years more
