Love it! If it’s working, it’s fine. I have an “Action Needed - NOW” folder so I can clear my inbox and still see things that come in. The funny thing is how long things sit in “Action Needed” - but at least I check it if my inbox is clear! I figure if I’m not getting to something it’s because I don’t have the capacity anyway, and if nothing bad happens, I must be doing fine prioritizing.
