Preorder incentives! Which excerpt would YOU like to see?

We’re working on a pre-order incentive (don’t worry — if you’ve already preordered, you’ll still be able to get it!) and one of the things we wanted to include is an excerpt from the book, INCLUDING the audiobook version to go along with it!
We decided on the chapter on Motivation, since that’s something SO many of us struggle with — but there are a few options as to which section to include. And we’d love for you to help choose!
The options are:
(1) The “experience of” section,
where I talk about my personal experience with motivational struggles
(2) The “what I learned” section,
where I explain the science behind the struggles
(3) The "toolbox" section,
where I introduce several main strategies (and a ton of sub-strategies) for tackling motivational challenges.
I’ve attached screenshots of the beginning of each section to this post so you can get a taste of what each would be like!
Then vote below with which section you'd like to see the most! You can vote for more than one but ask that you avoid voting for all three if possible. :)
We look forward to seeing what the results are!

I'll pitch the idea but it would shorten how much we can actually share of each section and so it may not actually give a broad enough understanding of what the section will feel like. But it's definitely still worth considering! The excerpts won't be very long at all. Which is why we came here. :) You're absolutely right though. "What I Learned" and "Toolbox" likely will be the two sections that resonate with people the most!

Yup! Pre-orders that have occurred before the incentive rolls out will still be able to get it :D

I voted for both the toolbox and what I learned sections. It depends on who you want to enthuse about your book what my actual preference is. I think the "what I learned" section will be most interesting as a general excerpt for those who are still learning about ADHD, and the toolbox is more interesting for those who are ready to dive in deep. Preferably, I'd do "what I learned" first, followed by the toolbox for a real taster of what to expect in the book. I feel that just one of those might be not enough as a taster.
