This is the video that introduced me to the channel and got me realising that I might have ADHD back when it was first uploaded 😭 Together with "ADHD in girls". It took until the summer of 2019 but I got diagnosed and know I actually do have ADHD. Hello brains! At "worst" I'm a heart but I'm probably heart and a brain hehe. Does anyone else feel like anxious and the world is dependent on you're comprehensive eval? I'm trying to get mine scheduled and I can't wait but I'm also terrified of it
