Hello Brains & Hearts!
Can you believe it’s already November? I swear it was just March like… a month ago! That could also be the sleep deprivation… did I mention my daughter is in sleep regression? Yeah… sleep? What’s sleep? Don’t know her!
Oh! Speaking of sleep we got a ton of great feedback on the last sleep video we did! We’ll be scripting and shooting the follow-up for it in the coming weeks! :D No ETA on when it will release quite yet but I’m excited to cover this topic on the channel since before this year I uh… only covered it like… once??? Yeahhhh. Idk how that happened.
ANYWAY. There’s much still to do before the end of the year, so I’ll pass it over to Harley to talk about Patreon perks!

Things have been wiiiiiild in production this month with some videos that required more time than we anticipated (...how very on brand, eh?) due to this we don’t have a behind-the-scenes video ready quite yet. It will drop in the next couple of weeks, however, so be on the lookout!

Jessica attended the CHADD conference, including being on a panel about ADHD and Postpartum that was moderated by Dusty Chipura! She was also able to learn some new things and deepen her understanding of things she already knew!
It was great for Jessica to be able to connect with our community while at the CHADD conference! It’s cool getting to see the ripple effects of what we do. :)
We brought on a new writer to help us out with creating content. She is lovely and we’re very excited to be working with her!
We’ve been going through some major changes here at the channel including big shifts in our team. We’re still too small for the workload we have, so we’ve brought in an expert to help us work on clarifying our roles and documenting our processes.
We’ve started playing with some new tools that will allow us to create more engaging content for you in the months to come!
