Yes, I started to play with ZBrush recently, and if ZRemesher fails, being able to retopologize a model could be useful.

I don't know how good it is as a modeling platform. I intend to just use it for retopology and do the rest of my modeling work in Lightwave. :) The reviews at the bottom of the page seem favorable, however.
