One thing to expand on your super idea about Incentives a deep dive on Needs is apropos. If you feel pressure to achieve a certain incentive the person will have to hang that around their personal needs to keep effort going forward. Motivation. I always get lost when I try the thought experiment What do advanced computers Need?
