Yeah, fair question! Constantine hasn’t really reformed the army ranks yet—it’s something that’s definitely in the plan, and we’ll see more of it in future chapters. That said, Andreas is basically already functioning as his highest-ranking officer—so yeah, pretty much a general in all but name!
