Fight weaker enemies such as doctor light until you don't get any messages about leveling up. You can learn a new move when fighting Terra. Also the special move against Pantha will break her charging phase even if your move doesn't succeed. Your best chance is to perform the special move repeatedly once you're able to. Good luck!

Wanted to ask for help in game. How do I keep raising my stats? I want to beat Pantha but can't seem to get stronger.
