Hey wordguy. I know you're super busy, but I hope you read this. Please please please listen to Marty and take a break. As someone who codes for a living and writes for a hobby, I can't describe how productive you'll be after a week of just... not doing it. You might be thinking "I've been not doing it and feel awful", but being unproductive because you're stressed out of your mind is not the same as giving yourself permission to relax. Thanks for all your hard work and have a great one.

Yeah exercise can be a big help, gets the blood and endorphins pumping. Hmm I really need to get back to jogging, I did it for a few months last year and I was surprised at the improvements in my fitness I was getting. Now I exercise my eyes watching TV, hmm
