FET v.1.1.2a - bughunt - Glacier Spirits Festival start
🕑 Added 2024-12-16 22:42:40 +0000 UTCHey all! I was considering releasing this straight as an early access version... but I'm not nearly courageous enough to go straight to the wider audience with something which might break down and burn, so here's the latest FET build for you to give a whirl!
As I mentioned last time, this is more or less the build which I wanted to release at the end of November, if the mini-games had not knee-capped me. I now changed those to something simpler and different. Of course I added some more things too, but this build will still leave you halfway during the first evening of the Glacier spirits festival.
I've been squashing a bunch of bugs, but I'm certain there's still more in there. If you find some and would like to let me know about it, you can send me a dm or write about it in the comments. Basically whatever makes you feel happy : ) and feel like sharing, whether it's bugs/typos/ideas etc. I'll be happy to receive all!
Don't be too frustrated if I don't get back to you soon. I still have a bunch of dm's I need to answer, but I've been fully focused on getting this ready. Hopefully I can catch up on a lot of my messages thing during my end of the year break... so If you've been wondering why I haven't written back... I will soon! And you can always remind me if I'm taking too long. God knows my memory has more holes than a sieve!
Anyway, thanks for hanging around, especially this month! I hope you'll like what I included and the direction I'm going with this. I seriously had to tear myself away from working on the build because I'm having about ten thousand ideas and not nearly enough time... so this has to be it for right now.
I included a summary in the game itself(see "latest update" button in the game menu), but to give you a small summary: you'll visit the Glacier spirits festival, eat food and play mini-games with Ikki, ride the Ferris Wheel, meet a new(but already seen before) girl (she's a mini-game reward), get some sex dolls and use those(mini-game reward) and meet Opal and Jinora at the festival. I'm expecting you to be able and go through this build pretty fast. Despite that, I hope you'll like what's new! I still need to create and upload the early access version and will also create a new general update before we reach the 20th. But enough of that. LINKS BELOW!

You're right : ( and I know it. The mini-games which are included in the build aren't the ones I started out making. In the end I just said, fuck it I'm going to include simpler stuff. Things which I know i can finish in time. I wasted a lot of time on the first iterations which makes me feel incredibly uneasy about both builds! Especially for people in the bughunter tier. With those mini-games out of the way I can focus on stuff like dialogue/scenes again for the next build and finally deliver something which you need to hold "using both hands". Anything else would make the both of us unhappy.

Hey Mity, first of all, I love your games, your fantasies, you dialogue and pretty much everything you do. Big fan here <3 Buuuuut, to be honest I was expecting a little tiny bit more this update, especially since the last one was a small one, too. Like I said, I love your games, I just thought.. there would be more to do.. more scenes and so on. Waiting for your next update and all the love <3

Damn I didn't notice your reply earlier. Could you send me your save file? Send me a dm. Maybe I can figure out the reason why it didn't trigger yet and/or whether a bug caused it.

Thanks! I'll go and address the problems you mentioned. There's always more to do, but having a list to work my way through is and remains helpful. Small changes such as the ones with Senna makes the world seem more alive and are good suggestions and additions to have! So please do keep mentioning it whenever you notice a lack in that regard.

Thanks SleepyFrog! I'll fix those dolls. The green line hits the lower part of the hammer to indicate you made the "cut off line". It was there for myself to better see how far up it went, but I guess it's not needed for the player. And yes I intend to have much more interaction with the girls during the festival. Now that I finally have finished the mini-games I can focus on that again! Thanks again for the feedback!

@batman Nice! Thanks for sharing that very useful advice. I guess me asking for a save file in the dm's isn't needed anymore. I'll go and figure out what I did to mess up that part of the game.

I see. The shooting gallery will have a shortcut after winning it once by paying some money so you won't have to play it, but I'll introduce that earlier at the start instead. Thanks for letting me know about that.

Biggest problem I had was the fact that the shooting gallery was made with people with mouses and touchscreens in mind, I can't even get 10 points

I had that issue I just redid her therapy and had her walk then it finally mentioned the glacier festival.

I'm pretty sure I did all of that but something happened to where I tried to go to the cave with Korra and Senna. I think I screwed up bad and Tenzin didn't show up nor Opal.

Typos: 1) I dont think I found any. Nice work. Bugs: 1) The dolls are linked to the wrong dolls. Kuvira = Jinora, Jinora = Minghua, and Minghua = Kuvira. 2) Ball throwing minigame is a little bit weird with clicking the mouse sometimes not throwing the ball. 3) The music doesn't immedietly reset as soon as you head for the compound. (I know you said to expect jank, but just figured I'd let you know.) Notes: A nice holiday carnival themed build. Pretty nice. I also noticed you added some dialogue for the sperm walks with Senna in the room. Thank you for adding it. Overall, nice job with dealing with the bugs. Another quick oversite. After returning from her spermwalk, if Senna isn't in the room, she enters in her wheelchair, and not either walking or using her crutches. Not really an immediate issue (unless you count the brief moment of freeroam between telling Korra about the festival, and going to Tenzin), but figured I'd let you know if you plan for Senna not to immediately rejoin after the festival.

2 bugs I've found: The dolls appear to be linked to the wrong girl when you unlock them in the hammer minigame. Kuvira unlocks Jinora, Minghua unlocks Kuvira, and Jinora unlocks Minghua. After they're all unlocked, they are correctly linked. There is a green line that appears when you click the hammer that goes down when the hammer goes up. Fun update! Hopefully with the 3 days of the festival, there will be more time to spend with Ikki, Korra, Jinora and all the others!

If at one point you'll visit Katara, Tenzin will be there and test your abilities. After that it's pretty straightforward. Also don't forget to talk to Katara about Eska and desna and see if you opened all their suitcases which can be opened. They should have a dildo, razor and camera. And once Opal has arrived, visit/peek at Kya's during the night several times. Oh and have Senna visit one of the training sessions with Korra. Visit Ikki, talk to her and make certain you've done some penguin sledding once. (Once should be enough) Keep training with Korra until she doesn't have to use her crutches anymore during the day and of train some more with Jinora if she's up for it.
