Development 0.4 - #1

Time for the first development log for 0.4! I'm excited - it took me quite some time to get this status report render done, but I think it turned out pretty good!
Here’s what I’ve been working on over the past few weeks since the release of 0.3: I’ve reworked all the characters to be compatible with the new shader I posted about a few weeks ago! I still need to adjust most of the existing maps to work with it, but in the end, it’ll be worth it. Those soft shadows are looking great, if you ask me. Hopefully, this also means less post-rendering cleanup - which is always a win. I'm also dropping some small fixes for 0.3.2 here and there, if I get some reports in.
Writing is going smoothly, and planning is done. I’ve currently got 8 scenes lined up, some big, some small. I'm aiming to keep things a bit more compact so I can release the update quicker, just as I mentioned in earlier development logs.
That’s all for today! Just a quick and short update. Nothing major to share, except that I’m super thankful for your support and your overall awesomeness! =D

Hehe thank you, but it's not Michael. Game's mostly POV, so Michael sees it from the players perspective in that moment. :)

Saw this on itch, and now that I'm getting a second look at it here, that's definitely a gun that Michael is holding. Whatever is going to happen in chapter 4 is gonna be serious. I'm looking forward to finding out what in the world is going on with Lilith. Can't wait!
