Bonus Episode: Moon Juice Taste Test
🕑 Added 2022-08-30 09:00:04 +0000 UTCWe first covered Moon Juice a couple of years ago and YIKES ARE THERE SOME UPDATES. This month, Aubrey's walking Mike through some new revelations, courtesy of this Insider piece.
Plus, we've always wanted to know what dust tastes like, so we ordered the Full Moon sampler platter to find out. It wasn't what we expected but also, somehow, exactly what we expected.
You can play the episode directly through Patreon or use our RSS feed to add it to your podcast app. Here are the instructions from Patreon. Let us know in the comments if there's other products we should try on future bonus episodes!
Thanks for supporting this show. It's so fun to make, even when it means drinking tiny particles of sex dust.
See you next month!

i’m so sorry 🤣😩 i knew exactly what yall were saying when you were describing the smell of the second one and could literally smell it with you
The final taste test reminded me of Chandler and Ross in Friends when they make cappucino at home and go "stir and drink, stir and drink!!"
This one made me snort laugh on a packed train! 😆😆

All the Moon Juice company horror stories reminds me of the small business I worked for that made salads and smoothies (and was just a bad news wellness time) whose entire HR department was the WIFE of the OWNER (who also bankrolled the whole thing for her husband) Big Yikes

have to point out that Judith Light does not use urine facials (as far as we know), she was playing a character on American Horror Story, lol

I was afraid for Mike and Aubrey taste-testing the Moon Juice.

I was re-listening to this episode and it occurred to me that I usually don't visualize things. But those definitions of the smells/tastes really had me feeling the pain.

I love this episode so much! Also--Mike, with the shampoo story: I thought it was just me! My mom's hairdresser gave her a little bar of soap that smelled just like wild strawberries, so of course I had to take a big bite...
Mike's little "Aubrey I'm scared." always just makes me laugh so much lol
