Absolutely amazing :) I love the serving food with prolapse idea, and the prolapse tied closed with string, hope to see more in the future Maybe have the girl serve some kind of soup, and have the customer drink the soup with a straw through the cervix, then open the womb/prolapse string and eat the rest ? Maybe some round type of candy/balls and have the girls prolapse filled with them and have the customer suck them out.

The amount of detail in this one is great! Man, the variations are a lot of fun too. I like how in the final variation you can see rice left up in her fallopian tubes and a bubble of fluid beginning to form on her puffy asshole. It’s small details like this that really make your works for me. Glad to see this one turned out so well despite the complexity, keep it up!
