That sounds about right. I should look into it, but balancing many plates at the moment.

Honest to God, I don't know. I guess you could start by trying to find a talent agent or a talent agency for writers, show them some of your material, and--if they take you on as a client--they could help refer you to any up and coming comedians who would need new material written for them. Beyond that, your guess is as good as mine.
