At this point, we just wonder what's going on and a bit of transparency would go a long way. Before this chapter started, you took a break and vowed to return to more consistent delivery when you sorted technical issues and so on, but it's gotten worse than it was before... We don't mind paying, we even wouldn't mind paying a few more each month if it meant you were more consistent or even had better facilities to finish a page per week. Not trying to have a go at you or anything, but just seeking clarity and providing some constructive criticism.
